LEARNING & TEAM BUILDING
BUILD ALIGNMENT AND VISION THROUGH CUSTOMIZED, ENGAGING LEARNING SPACES
My co-facilitators and I create spaces for strategic visioning, compassionate truth-telling, and alignment-building so your team can work with clarity, intentionality, and joyful connection.
Our learning & team building PARTNERSHIP will be
-
customized
We will start with a co-design process to determine your team’s needs. This can be as simple as an introductory call or as robust as a team-wide process including elements like surveys, interviews, and/or focus groups. The result will be a customized learning & team-building plan and a curated team of facilitators.
-
emergent
We will always be guided by an agenda while holding space for other needs and dynamics to emerge. My co-facilitators and I may offer impromptu breaks, racial caucusing, meditation, or other strategies to help participants stay grounded and keep growing.
-
dynamic
Learning doesn’t look the same for everyone, and our sessions will account for that. You can expect engaging, interactive learning and team-building spaces that will likely include group dialogue, personal reflection, art/creativity exercises, and grounding moments.
How your team will feel
curious, connected, and clear, with greater insight into their own & each other’s visions and strengths
workshop topics
There are countless possibilities for the types of learning and team-building spaces my co-facilitators and I can design for your team, but here’s a few examples we have experience with.

LEARNING TESTIMONIALS
“In this process I found myself waking up. Then waking up some more. … It was a guided personal journey to the self. … It gave me courage to not move in fear about creating a new world starting with myself.”
- ‘ANTI-RACISM PRACTICE GROUP’ PARTICIPANT
“I really appreciated how the facilitators were able to mirror back what we were saying and illuminate some of the roots of white supremacy that we were expressing and ask challenging questions to make us examine that.”
- ‘DISMANTLING WHITE SUPREMACY CULTURE’ WORKSHOP PARTICIPANT
“This experience helped bring things to the surface that I think I knew were there- frustrations, fears, questions- but that I didn't fully understand or had yet to dig into. This cohort gave me the tools, support, and resources that I didn't know I needed to really start a practice of anti-racism.”
